I had a bad experience at another automotive shop that diagnosed and worked on my ac so I was looking for something more reliable and I thought what can be more reliable than Toyota? I called and talked to the service department. The gentleman I talked to was nice and had me get a quote on a part before being transferred back to him to get a quote on the labor cost to install it. The part quote was $311 and the labor quote was $115. I told him my ac system had already been checked for leaks and refilled at the other service ... read more

RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Horrible experience across the board. Once they get your money and sale is complete, don't expect to be treated with any type of decency. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

I was looking to trade up, and Matt at five star worked with me to buy my new Toyota. He called me when the car I wanted came to their lot. And after a test drive, I bought my 2nd Toyota from Matt and Dealership. I had talked to other dealers looking for the car I wanted, but Matt told me when it was due at the lot, and a few hours later, it was sitting in my driveway. The other guys, well the, just did not understand that I wanted a specific car not what they had on their lot. I would buy again from this dealership.
