Five Star has great people and great programs! The homeschool swim is a fun time that keeps kids swimming in the winter and fosters interaction between homeschool families. The relaxed weekly opportunity to get in the pool is the reason my son learned to swim. Plus we have made long term friends as a result of Five Star. The play area is a great extra. We definitely recommend!
Our boy is thriving here. The ratio of instructor to students is perfect, and he’s really growing his confidence in the water. The admin/sign up process is easy and they’re very responsive. Seamless and easy experience. Just wish they had one in Philly!
We decided to try this place in spite of many negative reviews, it was a mistake. It was our sons first lesson here and the lifeguard was extremely rude to him. The manager just offered a free lesson instead of correcting the problem. If you have younger kids there are much better options in the area.
