EDIT: Parts Manager emailed and apologized for the experience and that the issue had been addressed. On top of that they refunded my order as they felt it wasn’t right to charge me for after such a bad interaction. I appreciate they took my review seriously and didn’t just write me off. Out of all the outcomes from leaving a honest review I feel more than happy how this was resolved. Updated review from 2 to 5 stars.
