EDIT: Parts Manager emailed and apologized for the experience and that the issue had been addressed. On top of that they refunded my order as they felt it wasn’t right to charge me for after such a bad interaction. I appreciate they took my review seriously and didn’t just write me off. Out of all the outcomes from leaving a honest review I feel more than happy how this was resolved. Updated review from 2 to 5 stars. Parts Department could use some serious retraining on basic customer service. Ordered parts a week ago for pickup and didn’t receive a email confirmation they received my order (but I was charged instantly). Went in on 9-25-25 after work to see if they had my order and if it was ready or not. Walked up to the parts counter and the guy behind the desk couldn’t even make eye contact with me and acted like I was being a huge inconvenience.
