Update 2: my daughter took her car in for routine maintenance and received outstanding service. Thank you 5 star! Update: Subaru reached out to me in response to the review. They apologized for the service I received and vowed to make it a five star experience the next visit. I really love this location or I wouldn't travel hours to get there. I appreciate that outreach from this company.
Not only a great dealership, but a great parts dept. as well.
I have taken my Subaru Outback to 5 Star Grapevine Subaru for over 3 years. Mike and all the Service Department are great. They always let me know how my car is doing and estimated time to be done. My car is returned beautifully washed and ready to drive. I drive to California a couple times a year and depend on Mike and team to keep my car in safe driving condition. Thank you 5 Star Grapevine Subaru for years of great service.
