Very fine service! They have fixed things on my car that others could not!
Everything went smoothly with the repair dept. Car was towed in through roadside assistance due to the fact battery wasn’t keeping a charge. Repair division was in touch the same day with a video. Spoke to Tom on the phone the next day and a new battery had been ordered. Picked up car and saw Tom again and he was very pleasant.
I bring my 26 Solterra here and they always do a great job- sending me short videos of their service folks showing me the finished work is a real bonus.
It’s always an amazing experience! It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Tom Feudi and all the other wonderful folks at Five Star. The team is warm, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need.
