Took the car in because the warning lights were on. My mechanic had tried three times to get the lights off without success. Hopefully they are fixed now. Five Star found numerous other problems. 2009 old car bought from a private seller who didn’t give me all the facts. Wound up costing me 5000 to purchase. Over a thousand at Otego Tire and 1600+ at 5 Star. Nice people but I am reminded of my late father’s advice. Never go to the dealer unless you have to.
I needed diagnostics after an accident. The team got me in and out promptly. Tom & team were friendly, professional, & efficient. They found the problem and are ordering a replacement part.
