I have been in this unit for less than 9 months and they have raised the rent twice. I am paying double what I agreed to less than a year ago. There seems to be nothing from stopping them from doing this over and over, feels more like a scam than an actual business. They have the lowest rates around online which draws business from people who can’t afford more, then go on to double the rent in less than a year?
