Never had any issues. Been storing there for over a year. Units are clean and easily accessible. Fair price too. Lots of size options to fit your needs.
Very friendly and helpful, until your unit is broken into, then the lady at the sprinkle Rd location next to water street coffee joint tells you not to call the cops until later, but won't answer your calls to set up a time to bring the cops out
NOT RECOMMENDED! I went into the office on Sprinkle rd in kalamazoo to ask for help in choosing and paying for a unit, the office person, Cierra , seemed to be very helpful and made sure I got the promotional price, or so I thought. I had even double checked about the promotional price so I had no surprises. Went to pay my bill online , SURPRISE!! It was not the same amount. Make sure you get everything in writing and double check everything. Cuz the office lady, Cierra, will argue with you about the promotions. I will NEVER... read more
It’s easy to get a storage but very difficult to get a hold of maintenance when something is wrong with the unit smh.
The manager explained the details and rules very well and she was helful
