My daughter rented storage at this facility so that she could store some things for her mother and I during our move transition. The locker was emptied over a month ago and the person who responds to the kiosk was told so at that time and was to cancel billing. Since then, our daughter has also made several calls to the company, most of which went unanswered, but yet continues to be billed.
