Friendly staff. Great location.
I've been trying for 3 weeks to sign up for a storage unit. Site manager is not on site during scheduled hours. Site manager does not answer the phone. Site manager does not return calls. The Kiosk in the lobby to sign up myself has been broken for at least a few weeks.
Been dealing with this storage company since they took over Alternative Storage. I couldn't be happier with the storage rates and services they provide. I highly recommend Five Star Store It, they deserve all 5 stars.
