Our family had used Public storage for 18 years in Burnsville, Mn until this May when they SUDDENLY raised the rent 1/3 higher ($500/ month)!!! For three 30 ft units which housed 100 % of our belongings ( we moved to a furnished 40 yr old inherited condo in Florida 8 years ago). Yes an annual increase of $3000!!! INSANE. After a lot lot of painstaking research I found NORTH STAR storage here in St Michael, Mn - -only a 30 minute drive from the Twin Cities all fast highway.
