Had a great experience with Five Star, from rental to vacate. Denise was great walking me through every detail. The property was clean and I felt very secure leaving my property there
Sonya was very patient and considerate. I'm not very tech savvy and she helped me through the process step by step. I refuse to talk to an AI bot that has a hard time processing anything in short order.
Denise walked me through the whole process, she was very patient and kind, location was very nice and clean when I arrived, would highly recommend.
Good experience so far. They were willing to work with me, and get me a more accessible unit that allowed enough space to back my trailer in.
