This is my initial review of the storage. Since my first day of use here (May 16, 2026), some errors occurred in the system, so I couldn't access the storage with my entry code. However, the customer service team works even on weekends, and they tried to solve my problem and were able to get me into the storage. I would say that the best thing would be for nothing like this to happen, but sometimes it does, and the key is how you handle the situation. They did a great job!
Friendly fast and courteous. Helped with my needs and made great recommendations. Very pleased.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful in helping me select a unit of the size I needed and providing the info needed so we could move our furniture in as soon as we arrived a couple days later! Grateful!
