No one even manages this place, it's closed, has wonky hours. Can't get anyone on the phone to explain that you have already vacated the unit, then these folks will harass you like crazy with continuing to bill you for that vacant unit with robo-calls and emails telling you you're delinquent and crap. This place sucks. Go anywhere else but here, at least the U-Haul place has people in it. The ad said $19/mo which turned into $47/mo, btw, so there's the false advertisement for ya. I highly Do NOT recommend.

If i could give negative i would. Me and my fiance have been wrongly accused of stealing from there, when we've both not been in Rochester. I've been gone 40 days & he's been gone 7 months. They changed my code & double locked my unit. I've tried getting in contact with them for weeks & have gotten no return calls or emails. I've sent proof that it couldn't of been either of us. & I've always paid if I've ever been late it was only a couple of days. I'm not impressed. As soon as I can get in my unit I'll be switching.

Was helped by a Manager down from the Cities filling in. He helped me tremendously with switching storage units and taking care of the paperwork. I give him 5-Stars

The people are nice and the storage facility is very clean and the prices and good.
