I had a really frustrating experience with this storage facility. After the 3rd, they locked me out of my account but still charged me for the full month. I couldn’t access my unit at all during that time. I spoke directly with the manager/owner, who told me they would issue a refund, but when my bank followed up, they denied it. So I ended up paying for a month I couldn’t even use, and because I was locked out, I lost a lot of my belongings that were still in the unit. I went in today to get a storage unit. Tami was working and was incredibly sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the long term employees had decided to walk out within the last few days leaving no one to man the store or help with storage/postal services. Tami came from another store with little knowledge of this stores postal services etc., but handled the challenge with an awesome attitude, kindness and professionalism.
