This is where I do all my shipping. They do my FedEx and UPS shipping. Super fast and efficient.
I went in today to get a storage unit. Tami was working and was incredibly sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the long term employees had decided to walk out within the last few days leaving no one to man the store or help with storage/postal services. Tami came from another store with little knowledge of this stores postal services etc., but handled the challenge with an awesome attitude, kindness and professionalism. I would strongly caution anyone considering Five Star Storage. All of belongings were stolen from my unit, and the way this facility has handled the situation has been incredibly disappointing. Customer service has been extremely poor and unresponsive. I have requested multiple times - more than three - for a manager to contact me, and I have still not received a single response from management.
