The people at Selby storage are friendly, nice, helpful and easy to talk to. They are the most kindness people I have ever meet in my life.
So far, so good! Service was great. Rented a new unit very easily.
Terrible service. Lift gate garage doors are constantly broken and out of order for months at a time. First door was broken for 6 months and PRIOR TO the start of winter. Both doors were non operational for three months. I pay additional for drive up and have been VERY inconvenienced. Rude customer service. Would not recommend. The tone of response further proves my point regarding customer service values. I will be moving my business elsewhere!

A great place to store your stuff. I had a 5x5 for about a year and never had any issues with anything. A very clean and secure facility with a nice app for entering. The staff are great and I would definitely recommend. **Update: I had to drop a star because the two garage bays have had both of the doors out of order for weeks and at least one is always out of order. I still like the storage unit but I’m tired of paying rent and not having the garage bay option especially in the winter.
