The whole process of solar can be very intimidating. I got five or six different quotes before I felt comfortable that I was getting the whole story. Dustin was great and explained and answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. The most stressful part of the whole transaction was the decision to do it. This Five Star team, Ron, Dustin, Evelyn ... are the real deal. No lip service about long term lease nonsense. The quote, contract, site inspection, plans and permit submittal came quickly. The panels, Battery and gateway equipment are best level quality. I expect the install and startup to go equally as smooth
I see why they call themselves Five Star Solar—these guys are incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Massive shoutout to their employees Lai and Raul, who showed up and got the job done super quick they even helped troubleshoot our system and took the time to play with our dog. Incredible customer service from this company. Would highly recommend 5 star solar!!!!
