They did a good job as far as cleaning septic but… they left the clean up and putting the dirt back in the holes they dug for me and I’m in my seventies. They told me on three separate occasions that they would be out to replace the dirt but NEVER showed up. We even gave them a nice tip. Won’t be using them again.
It was Saturday afternoon and I called...The gentleman came out in about an hour...our septic was packed..He helped dip up the ground to get to the clean out.. Was extremely nice and respectful..The price was a lot less than I was expecting which made for a wonderful surprise...everything in my house was backed up and had over flowed.. had call another company and they couldn't help until maybe Monday...Was so thankful to 5 Star...will recommend them to everyone
Great service! My septic backed up and needed cleaned out a few days after a snow storm. 5 Star came out with several feet of snow on the ground and located my septic tank in the freezing cold, and fixed the issue!
These guys went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend for all sewer, plumbing, or septic needs in or around the Kokomo area. Terrific experience.
Waited for them to give an estimate for 3 days !! Every day they promised to come and eventually they didnt and stopped answering, very bad service and experience
