This is the greatest scooter and better than that, Steven is by far the best, most knowledgeable person. He takes time when you call to explain anything you need. I have never seen customer service as top notch as Steven provided. Kay DeLarm
I was gifted a 36 volt, 3 wheel Five Star scooter with no keys and dead batteries. The person it was bought for hated it and never took it out of the house. It sat for 5 years. I contacted the home office and the only person you can talk to, Steve, is rude and un -helpful. They won't sell you a key switch for 10 or 12 bucks, you have to buy the whole head for 100 dollars.
