I had an absolutely horrible experience with this agency. I dealt with an agent from there, Anita Cristiano, when I purchased a brand new home in mid November 2018. I was supposed to close on the house August 1st. That should say a lot there. Her excuses were worse than those of the builder. She played the concerned role well but she was only concerned with getting her cut.
