I referred our son and his wife to Cindy Carrigan to list their home in Spokane. I quickly found out she is a great Realtor in the Spokane area. Her communication was amazing and what she told our son to do to prepare the house for listing was spot on. We worked with them about two years ago and had a really good experience. They made the whole process easy and were always quick to help when we had questions.
