This Property Management is pathetic!! They will scam you out of your deposits! They make every six months inspections during your time renting from them but never tell you they have concerns with how the home is being kept until they refuses to do a walk through when you are vacating the property and you had a professional cleaning company cleaned the entire home, cost you over $700 to be sure you got the majority of your deposit back because you’re leaving the home in better condition than when you started renting it from ... read more
John and team have been managing my home for about 3 years. They've done a great job in taking care of our tenants but also with keeping us in the loop on any issues that may arise. They have impeccable service and speed of response. You couldn't find a better management company.
