RecommendedI needed a sump pump at the last minute. My plumber was busy at the time so recommended Five Star. They squeezed me in the next morning and got the job done. They were courteous and nice. They explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them.
They do reliable guaranteed work. They are professional and pleasant to work with. I have an old house that has needed lots of work since I began living there. The owner has done great work for me for decades.

We had the main sewer line back up at our house. Called 5-Star and they had a service tech (Brian) our within the hour. He checked out our situation and figured out that the county actually had a backup at the main and it wasn’t our issue. Brian stayed with us to help contact the county to get the “water jet” crew out to take care of it. 30 min later county came and cleared the line!!! very disrespectful..workers..owner as well..owner response to me was to come Monday to look at yard was tore up..didn't show..called tues..he finally came and said yard will fix itself after a few rains..would not recommend

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. Your happiness is our number one priority. As part of restoring the yard after excavation, we do carefully return the sod to the leveled surface and spread grass seed to fill in any areas. It does take a few rains for everything to return and for the seed to begin growing.
I've used 5 star several times. Always trustworthy and professional. Job's were well done and reasonable.
