We had a big and complex job with Five Star Plumbing a few months ago — they replaced our boiler and fixed a long-standing heating issue. So far, our new boiler is working perfectly! Great staff friendly, professional and great service . Newer customer and going to be along time customer.
They installed our fireplace, as that’s who installs for Wheatland when you purchase from them. Maybe it was a difficult job, but it took a whole day to take out and install and the guys left a mess. Black fingerprints on multiple walls and doorways, black soot on our living room area rug and brushed dirt where they put holes in our wall under another rug. I'm not impressed. I waited 5 months for them to send an email for payment. That's after they phoned me. We'll I was expecting a bill in the mail but I guess this company doesn't do that. They should inform the client of their billing procedures. And to top it off they charged me $29 interest. If they did like other companies and had the worker hand you the bill after the work is done so you can give them your credit card number. This would be a better approach. Will have to get a better company to do the work next time.
The level of satisfaction I've experienced with Five Star Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning has been awesome. They truly understand what customers need and deliver beyond expectations. My inquires were responded to immediately and the issue was resolved within hours. Definitely would refer them to friends and family.
