I've been a FiveStar customer for years and have been incredibly satisfied with their level of service but recently I've seen their drivers drifting all over the road while staring at their phones more than once now. I tried to report this quietly through their website first because I didn't want to leave a bad review but they never even bothered to reply. Since they’re ignoring direct safety reports, I'm posting this here. It's clear they don't care about how their employees are driving or who they’re putting at risk.

We had the misfortune of using five star plumbing during the week of Christmas. Our furnace was throwing an error code where we could still get heat in the house, but it wouldn’t go over 21. We called five star because our regular company was booked and they were able to send someone out. They were at our place for quite some time unsure of the issue.
