I can't get Mike to come fix the lousy grout months after finishing the job, which took about a year and a half to do... Wipe the grout with your finger and it's black... He said he would send a tech 2-3 months ago, of course no luck. Communication has been horrible. I'm on Hiatus in Davie, I see he does come out and fix stuff as long as reviews come down so I anticipate that... This was a 100k+ job, pergola guy he used was terrible also still in a problem with them. Another 6 months for that too and still incomplete.
AMAZING!! We can not say enough great things about our experience with Five Star Pavers! Mike and his entire staff were excellent. We remodeled our entire backyard including adding a spa, pergola, putting green and remodeled our driveway. Mike helped us design and make our vision come to life. Nic was very communicative and responsive to all my questions and concerns as we were investing a lot of money into a pool renovation. Five star had a very reasonable estimate compared to others and their great Google reviews were really helpful in making our decision. Hands down quality paver work! We had several bids on the job we needed done at our home and Five Star was competitive- we used them because of their reviews and glad we did! The work they did was high quality and long lasting. We had them install a brand new circular driveway and we are so happy with their work. We used a different company for our backyard and I wish we didn’t- the work wasn’t done right and needs some areas fixed- regretting that decision.
