Be very cautious with this company. This company deposited my down payment of 7000 dollars the same day (Sunday) And process a bank loan for over 25 thousands!!! The day after I cancelled the contract. I painfully found out . My check was already deposited and the loan was already processed... YOU HAVE 3 BUSINESS days to cancel any contract. We are so happy we found Five Star Pavers & Pools Remodels! Their workmanship is exceptional and they have the nicest team to work with! We selected the Five Star Diamond-brite color (made especially for their company) and it looks fabulous, especially when the sun is shining on it! Having a professional company that specializes in pool remodel, artificial turf and pavers, made our backyard refresh easy and seamless. The office staff is especially helpful and their work is flawless!
These guys did an excellent job on resurfacing our pool patio deck and front walkway. Yasmin was also excellent on scheduling, keeping everything on track and resolving any issues I had. It is hard to find a company that follows through and does the job on time. I would highly recommend this company.
We had a great experience literally from start to finish. Everything was seemless from when Mike the owner came to do our actual estimate. He worked up the pricing in his truck and 30 minutes later we had an actual price for the pool and deck remodel. We waited like 2 weeks to get some of our other bids. We went to the showroom to meet Mike again that same week. The showroom is set up super organized and made it easier to choose marble and pool tile. Yasmine has been so amazing to work with! She is so pleasant and cheerful on the phone. She is constantly sending pictures, updates and checking in.
