They came and did my roof, did it wrong. It started peeling and rusting. They came back to "fix it" again and it's already peeling again and they refuse to fix it.

Yeah, we didn't have a 5 star experience. They did a decent job overall, but I've been cleaning up runs, drips onto stuff other than floors and finding places that neeed touched up... no biggie right?? Well I guess I expect more when I spend 10k. Everything complaint or concern I raised was met with a fight. "You broke my tiles while painting the restroom". 5 star - " well it's old tile so we have to paint and use a ladder... old tile breaks" literally no responsibility, but did take $200 off the bill, that wouldnt even touc... read more
