Professional from the manger who did the on site visit…thorough in the details of the estimate in a timely manner. Scheduling was efficient..prompt arrival and execution of the work. The team was cohesive, efficient, polite and executed their work flawlessly. Clean up was outstanding. I will use them again!

Horrible communication. I received an initial quote for exterior home painting but could never get a follow-up. I called on three separate occasions and was told I would receive a response, yet my calls were never returned. Very unprofessional experience.
The 3 painters that came were Great! But the day they were going to start to paint Adam came and recommended I “upgrade” my paint it would cost an extra $135 even though I talked to I think her name was Lauren I told her I wanted a good paint. Anyway, my basement was an oatmeal color and I was going to white. Adam saw it and said it would need 2 coats, after the second coat he told me I needed a third and it would cost an additional $900 on top of $135 on top of what was on the contract! Yeah, we didn't have a 5 star experience. They did a decent job overall, but I've been cleaning up runs, drips onto stuff other than floors and finding places that neeed touched up... no biggie right?? Well I guess I expect more when I spend 10k. Everything complaint or concern I raised was met with a fight. "You broke my tiles while painting the restroom". 5 star - " well it's old tile so we have to paint and use a ladder... old tile breaks" literally no responsibility, but did take $200 off the bill, that wouldnt even touc... read more
