I had gotten a crack in my ceiling so I called Five Star to have someone come look at it as it's a brand new home. I get a call 45 minutes past the time the guy Kevin was supposed to be there to let me know if it's a small crack that they have a $1500 minimum and they don't do anything less than that. I asked the guy why wasn't that on your website and he stated it wouldn't be good for business. You think!?! I'll never call this place back again.
