Went to 5-Star Nissan to look at and possibly trade in my Sentra SR. Had an outstanding experience with the staff to include Thomas who assisted me not only this time but previously when I got my Sentra. Was able to find a replacement for my Sentra, which is a great vehicle but needed something that sat up a little higher. I got a 2026 Nissan Kicks SR and am extremely satisfied with it so far.
We’ve been purchasing vehicles from Five Star Nissan for 22 years, and our loyalty speaks for itself. Our last experience in 2020 wasn’t great — a former finance manager forged our signature on a warranty packet, and after multiple calls we were told it was already added to the loan. Pleasant saleslady, TWONNA was very pleasant and fun! The whole team was professional and it was overall a good experience on purchasing new Nissan Pathfinder. I have had no dealings wjth service department and hope not to. Thanks ....let me hist say, I am not at all impressed going thru ANY car buying ritual but this was a very nice experience considering the car buying typical sales agenda. Now, time to take a trip in my new ride. 🥰🤩
