I visited Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins, Ga on Saturday searching to purchase a new vehicle. My mind was set on purchasing a specific trim. Mark Cates and Thomas Golphin provided excellent customer service to me during my visit. The atmosphere at the dealership was warm, friendly, and welcoming. They were able to meet my car needs, and made me feel as if my purchase was beneficial to my needs. Five Star has definitely become my home for all of my future car purchases.
Thomas Golphin was great! He helped as much as he could and they do try to make the customer happy. I left with the car we wanted.
