They charge $5 if you use your debit card to try and say it’s a “credit card.” New York polices for BUSINESSES states you cannot charge additional fees on debit cards. I don’t know why this establishment is doing that but it’s illegal and a hassle for customers.

They’ll have you waiting up to 30 minutes to be seen and want to rush you when you finally get seen. They don’t offer you any specialty pedicures. They can’t do basic skills like painted French, sitting in the pedicure chair you smell urine and nothing seems sterile. I used to come here all the time, not sure what happened but definitely won’t be returning.

Not 5 stars service , but not the worst. Their options for regular nail polish are seriously lacking. So, as long as you are willing to do either dip or gel on both hands and feet , not great. Also , my manicurist missed the fact that I had gel residue left over because she wasn't wearing her glasses ( feel like these are important in this job) Finally , after I paid and tipped my pedicurist- she asked if I was going to tip the manicurist , just because of this , I didn't. I went to this place because it was the only spa available for my tight schedule for work. Did a pedicure and came back with toe fungus. I am so disgusted. I will never switch my nail places again just for a convenience. They clearly share nail equipment instead of opening new ones. Please tell them you want ur own tools if you are still going.
