Horrible and dirty. This place should be shut down! Gel chipped after 3 days. They fixed it by putting gel over chipped nails, which made it worse. When I arrived customers were leaving clearly upset...i should a took heed! I'll NEVER RETURN! And customer service from one nail tech in particular is just flat out HORRIBLY DISGUSTING!
The nail acrylic is very cheap. Broke 1 week after having the nails. My second time going to this place and two different nail techs did them. For $40 it's not worth it. Also long wait and cheap product
My husband has bought me gift certificates from this establishment several times, they were very cordial and expediant, I have had no issues. I will continue to have pedicures from Five Star Nails. I live in Madison Township, it is close, convenient and reasonable. It is not a private spa, you get what you pay for.
THE SERVICE WAS NOT VERY GOOD I HAD TO WAIT A HOUR TO GET MY NAILS DONE AND TWO NAILS BROKE WITHIN TWO DAYS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A NAIL BREAK THAT SOON IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN GETTING TIPS. I WENT BACK FOR A FREE REPAIR PER THE MANAGER AND WAS MADE TO WAIT OVER A HOUR SO I LEFT WITH BOTH NAILS STILL DAMAGED. I WAS VERY VERY DISSATISFIED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE,
