I absolutely love this place. It’s so clean and welcoming! My tech Wendy is amazing! She takes her time and she loves her clients. I’m not always able to make it every 2-3 weeks due to my work schedule but best believe I NEVER have any broken or chipped nails. I would definitely recommend. Go see Wendy ladies and gents and tell her Sexy sent you. Oh yea the massage chairs are amazing and will definitely put you to sleep

For a place named 5 star, they get a 1 star for me. I was asked to return the following day because they were short staffed; mind you there were only 4 people there including myself and my daughter with 4 workers. The real reason I was asked to return the next day was because no one in the shop knows how to do a basic design; French tip and their own creative design. They are relying on 2 amazing nail artists in the entire shop to bring in the business. Unfortunately they just lost mine.
The Five Star Nails salon is a very professional and friendly environment. They offer you beverages and really make you feel like you're at home. All of the nail techs are very professional and aim to please their customers!
Said that they could do the style in the photo and did not execute it correctly and gave a joke of a reason as to why. Rough , painful maintenance , did not change the paper towel from the previous client, questionable sanitary and hygiene practices. Stops the service to talk on the phone, to other techs, and text multiple times, which ruins the relaxing experience. Do not recommend.
