I’ve given this salon two chances because the location next to my son’s karate studio is very convenient for me. However, both times I visited, the interactions felt unwelcoming and abrupt. Most recently I was told to “come back later” in a way that felt dismissive rather than professional. I understand being busy, but tone and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, my experiences here have not been positive.

The place is neat, the technicians do excellent work. I went without appointment and I didn't have to wait no even 3 minutes before they took me. The technicians are welcoming, they were interacting with the customers and the tv was playing something that we all enjoyed. In other salons usually the techs talk among themselves, in their native language, no at "5 stars nails". Recommend this place 100%

Literally amazing! They fixed my nails from another place and were able to do the cutest design! Everyone was so nice and funny. Can’t wait to come back again.

Love my nail tech, Oanh i have been extremely satisfied customer for years as she is very creative and extremely talented. From first to last day with my nails, I constantly receive compliments !!! Since new ownership ( K & K) I have referred this business to many, as they have gained 2 new customers. The Salon has consistently remained very clean, confortable and inviting.
