I recently purchased a really nice, used, 2021 Colorado Bison from this fine establishment. I live about 3 hours from their dealership. Once they realized I was interested in purchasing the pickup, they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make the transaction as easy and as smooth as possible for me. Took vehicle here multiple times due to errors happening within the car. It was all obvious warranty work as the car was bought brand new and became undrivable. The car came here multiple times for the same issue, my vehicle was there for weeks multiple times and would get it back and the same light would come back on every time. One time I was called and told to pick the car up because they fixed it. I turned it on to leave and the same light was on as when I had left it. They always take care of me when I come in for my services on my vehicle. Never had an issue so far and hope it stays this way!
On 4-30 had a appointment to check my truck out they told me on the phone they could diagnose the problem when I get there the guy was rude told me to calm down I told him I am fine he said he could read my face i told the guy was out of line he called me a liar that no one told me price and that they could find problem so I left won't go back
Where do I start? Not even 3 blocks from dealership and my check engine came on. Ive had my truck in there alot. First a wheel bearing gave out and there was scheduling error when i tried to fix it. Then my transmission was bad. They put a new one in. I had to pay almost 400 dollars out of my own pocket. They kept my truck for A MONTH AND A HALF. Promised oil changes that were never happened..
