Bought a brand new car from Five Masada got the service warranty. Nothing in the package warranty is the same. Not even the tire rotation. The young lady at the counter was sweet. But Brad couldn’t even speak with me when I asked for a supervisor. ALM and 5 star. So disappointed with the non service I received. And I would definitely not buy from either one again.
Very clean and very nice people
Told salesman that I would not make the hour drive for a price that was not worth the hour drive. Salesperson sent the price. I asked multiple times if this was the "out the door" price and if there were any other fees. I was assure that this was the price I would pay. Drove an hour to the dealership and was presented a cost/price the was thousands more. Don't waste your time, they haven't been honest with me, I doubt they will with you.
Understanding these guys have seen an ownership change, it hasn't changed the fact that they've always taken terrific care of me and my 2009 Mazdarati! If anything, it appears that there have been even more changes to the better. The service department is run by folks that really care, for both the vehicles brought to them and those vehicles' owners, and their employees! My most recent experience proved that beyond doubt. It's a new building and new ownership. The service center was open and did well. The inspection video was late; note the just moved into the building. Sales is still next door.
