This is not my formal review yet, but this guy has an excuse for everything and it’s everybody else’s fault. $1600 later he does not stand behind his warranty. He’s had a shot at my tilt and trim twice and still can’t fix it. He was told from the get go it was making a noise. He had some lame excuse. It leaked all the oil everywhere and when it was sent back, he said it wasn’t his fault. Now there’s oil all through the motor. That’s still not his fault and he’s refusing to warranty it. BE AWARE – ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE FIRST DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE UNIT UNTIL YOU AGREE TO TOTAL. I am a returning customer and had previously sent tilt units to this company with good results. In the past, they always contacted me after receiving the unit, explained the issue, and provided a price before any work was done of the service $ and any extra parts needed . One of those earlier repairs is still working perfectly AND I PAID 800 dollars which is why I trusted them again the second time they gave me price of units to repai... read more

Excellent service with a fast turn around.
Started looking at the reviews before sending my unit in. This company doesn’t want to do the right thing they want to do what ever the heck they want. Nope after seeing the reviews and the company bashing the customer in the replies not doing business here anymore! Instead of writing long replies fix what everyone is complaining about.
