UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE - UNBELIEVABLE VALUE! Had a critical steering failure, with work scheduled- the boat was “hard down” due to a leaking steering actuator. Volvo Penta sent the wrong part - twice! I called 5 Star, and they immediately took ownership and they moved mountains to get my unit repaired and back to me ASAP. Back on the water with minimal delay - and the rebuilt unit is FAR SUPERIOR to a new one! Better quality seals and better surface on the ram itself. Cannot recommend them any higher!!!
