Wouldn't let us look a home on their lot because someone else had put a application in on it.. What you can't order another one? Also, they originally told us we needed to fill out a credit app before they would let us look. Never going back to this place. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen. My mother in law purchase a home from five star several months ago and they still have not finished everything so that she can move in. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
great folks to work with and have some very nice homes,and knowledgeable sales people.
They don’t back up the work on grading I have had water sitting at my front porch and under my porch every time it rains and am sure it’s going under the home as well have tryed and tryed to get them to have there guy come out and resolve this issue to no avail.
I called this place told him we'd be there in 13 minutes when we got there the guy asked us what we wanted and we told him we wanted to look at houses and he said because it was just starting to sprinkle, just sprinkle and all of them were locked and they wasn't showing the houses, we came all the way from Newnan up here knowing that we were going to look at houses and then they treated us that way they wouldn't even let us look at any homes so I suggest everyone not to go there!
