Another Update: Been going to Berta for 3 years now, would never go anywhere else, literally the best in NYC, the best results, the best customer service, the best everything. Berta is great! She treated me for about a year. She always explained after treatment & was super accommodating when it came to me booking my next appointment as I moved 3 hrs away. I didn’t want to go anywhere else. She’s friendly, patient and gentle. I would definitely recommend Five Star! Update: 2025 I came back to her, I’m guessing hormonal changes, and nothing has changed about her customer service since I was last here 3yrs ago! No disappointment here.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Bertha gave me the best experience! From the second I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, and taken care of. She’s so gentle, professional, and actually listens to what you want. My results are honestly 10/10!! I noticed smoother skin right away, and barely any regrowth after just a few sessions. I’ve done laser before, but nothing compares to this. I seriously look forward to every appointment with her. :)
