I took my car there to find out why my remote start stop working. After a few days,I was told I need a new key fob. I ordered the fob and dropped it off the day after I received it. I am complaining on the Finance Manager for straight out cheating me for my down payment of 3920.00. He sent my Numbers showing that the list price was 19000, plus dealer fee and tax that equaled 21000 plus. he then, without telling or show me he raised the price to 25000, took off my down payment and took the loan for the whole amount we had agreed on and stole my money that I have saved for 3 years. I took my 2020 2500 turbo deisel to five star. I took the vehicle because it was losing power. The vehicle was serviced. And I was charged 1400.00 dollars . Minutes after leaving the dealership we noticed the vehicle still lacked power . We returned the vehicle and we’re told it needed an additional part. The finance department adds a host of additional expenses, many of which you don't need. I canceled my extended warranty contract, dealer owing $3122.00 back to the lienholder. The contract states that my lien holder should receive this refund with in no more than 30 days after canceling. My lien holder has told me that the check was sent via ****** 2 weeks ago, yet the lienholder has never received it; thus, I continue to pay a 7% interest rate on the funds that should have been deducted. We took our car to Fivestar for a skip. The guy handling it assured us that the 1268 dollar job would fix the problem. I have him recorded as I told him the only reason we were agreeing to pay 1268 was because he was 100 percent sure that this was the issue. I never knew that a dealership would be so dishonest. I took my vehicle there to get a radiator and some other work done. I was satisfied afterwards. So I decided to make Five Star Dodge the only place to work on my car. 2 weeks later, i took it there for an oil change. 2 weeks later, the motor locked up. My car had a flat and was towed to Five star Chrysler and dodge of MACON on 1/24. I called them for over 9hours trying to get a hold of personnel who could tell me the status of my vehicle. Getting to their service department was almost impossible, I called an embarrassing number of times. They notified me that they had no loaner car to give me while they repaired my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I did get an excellent price but in negotiations, I noticed that the staff were over charging for tax, tag, and title. I told them the amount they were charging was in error and provided them with info from my state's DMV website but they insisted that their "system" showed their number was correct. I purchased a new dodge ********** it had 5 miles on it when I got it, and it didn't come with a spare tire. Went to the dealership and they informed me none of the new vehicles come with spare tires just a can of fix a flat. I asked why didn't the salesman tell me or explain that important detail they said they didn't know. There's no jack nothing, I see just as many women driving these cars as men. To leave out such a important information is inexcusable. Fix a flat can't repair a blowout.
