When for an oil change got my car back and the interior door handle was broken it was t broken when I got there and they tried to say it was already broken I spoke to a manger and he said he would order a part and call me back it’s been weeks haven’t gotten a call

I am a senior lady who was driving alone from Florida to Michigan last November. My Hyundai Sonata hybrid stopped working in Forsyth Georgia. It was towed to Five Star Hyundai of Marc, Georgia. The service advisor, Joe, oversaw the repairs of my car. Since it was the Hybrid Battery that caused the problem, it will take a while to receive a new one.
