The two guys came here to see if they could repair our current air conditioning system(they were not able to) but they tried hard. They made us realize that the system was 38 years old!!! We are looking at the possible offer for a partial new system. (Lyra Hekmatpanah)
Isaac came in, assessed the problem and fixed it. We originally thought it was a thermostat problem, but it wasn’t the thermostat problem at all. Water had collected in the drain at the bottom of the air-conditioning system and it was getting too high so he drained the pan fix that also put new filters in both air-conditioning systems and help me close a couple of windows. The drain in my AC backed up causing the AC to stop working. Five Star was here within 24 hrs and cleared the drain and everything is in good working order! I love Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The technician was prompt, polite and capable, but the pricing policy was shocking. The charge for a $30 to $50 capacitor was $495.
