I needed a reroof after hail damage. Five Star was easy to work with on schedules. All the work was completed in one day. Only four stars, though, because they didn't install the correct product. I wanted a Class IV shingle but received a Class III. They credited the difference in cost to me, but my insurance costs went up and have cost me more than the difference in price.
