Back in June 2019 my mother passed away at the age 90 years. She was staying at a facility that dealt with Dementia. And there she received excellent care. Over the 3 years that she was there her dementia became worse, she didn’t open her eyes or could not speak anymore.She was in the last stages of this horrible disease. I was told by her facility that she was losing weight, no longer eating and that she needed to have hospice care. Mark called me to remove my review that I had posted last week. Does he even have self-respect? Why would he call me regarding my honest review and request me to remove it? He wanted to apologize to me but too bad. It's too late. My mother shouldn't have suffered by his poor quality of care. I wouldn't want any family members to go through the same I went through that's why I decided to post my honest review.
