Brandon, technician from Five Star Heating and Air came out for a diagnostic on my Trane. Quickly determined it was a mother board burn out. Got that replaced and Brandon tidied up some loose wiring inside the unit and also on the outside unit. Brandon was very thorough and explained everything. This guy cares about AC. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy and good as his job. Hire this company if you want things done. He will do it with attention to detail. 10/10 recommend. He fixed my ac in a single day and came back to repair more stuff that he noticed was wrong.

In July 2024 my ac is still working. Now over 6 years ago they tryed to rip me off by technician stupidity, Funny thing unit is still working perfectly. . My unit was 5 years and 9 months old when it quit. Buyers beware don't let them ruin your day with their errors. If they tell you your system is old and best to replace. Call someone else you will do better with almost anyone else. I got another opinion and saved 4,000 dollars.
