You sold me a new air conditioner and the vent in my room and the back of the house I discovered that vent isn’t working. I’ve left several messages but no one ever calls me back. Today the phone rings but doesn’t ever go to a message machine. You don’t list your address so I can’t even go in the office ti plead my case. You don’t treat your customers very well. I would never suggest your company to anyone else ever.
5 Star offered the best price out of all the bids I got. Installers were courteous and professional, the system works great. I highly recommend this company and I will do business with them again.
