Ali, our technician was excellent in both servicing our unit and answering all my questions about my cooling system. He is very detailed in the performance of his duties.
Five Star definitely deserves a 5 stars rating and so does the service man that performed the service also deserves 5 stars. He was comprehensive, thoughtful, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Rehman fully explained in detail everything he was doing and the condition of my HVAC system. He should be commended for his abilities and communication skills.
