My tech Ali was excellent. He actually arrived a little bit early for my appointment, got My furnace cleaned and checked in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. Very friendly gentleman as well. Thank you!
Ali did a great job cleaning and inspecting my furnace and AC. He also provided a great explanation of the maintenance my units will need in the future.
Installers were polite. But I had to get another service rep out the next day. Our pilot light went out on the water heater after they left. The new rep that came out told me that the pilot light probably when out when the furnace/air conditioning system went on. Also the air conditioning system was running LOUD. Apparently the original installers set the air conditioning system for 4 ton. We have 2 ton. That was adjusted today.
