Jesse “JJ” Lantz was my service tech today to check my AC unit to find out why it wasn’t blowing cold air. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Was able to find the problem quickly. He was thorough with inspecting the system further to make sure nothing else needed attention. He answered all my questions, made suggestions and gave me peace of mind knowing the unit is running as it should. I highly recommend “JJ”.
