He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what was going on. He listened to what I said and verified that was the case. Update: after the initial install, the motor on our unit was defective. It makes a very loud, clunky noise when it turns off. We had multiple techs come back to look at it. The last one said it needed to be replaced. This is a brand new unit. 2 months later and we still have the defective unit.
Marty is very good at what he does! He communicated the troubleshooting process as he worked. I’m very satisfied with his work
