Excellent service, very happy that we got Russell, he was knowledgeable, efficient and immensely likable. Sumps were checked over and a big plumbing problem fixed.
Booked an appointment over a month ago for a routine AC maintenance check. Was told would receive appointment time frame the day before. On the day of the appointment no timeframe was provided. Was told their team “works on a “FLUID schedule” and will call 20 minutes before heading to my home. The expectation of having to wait 12+ hours at or near my home for an appointment that was booked far in advance is ridiculous and a sign that customer service is not a FIVE star priority.
JJ my technician did a fantastic job. He is personable, efficient and clearly answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend!
