I recently had Five Star Heating & AC install a new air conditioning unit in my home and they were fantastic. The technicians were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job with the installation and I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
I had Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning team come out today for a simple maintenance check of my A/C Unit. They gave me a window of 3 hours, called 20 minutes prior to arriving and arrived on time. The technician was extremely courteous, and professional. The technician did what he had to do, gave me some tips on keeping my unit up and running, and didn't try to sell me some extra bogus services. I will definitely call Five Star when it is time to service my furnace. I truly appreciate their services and professionalism!

My apartment was given a mini split air conditioner by this company. I couldn't pick a company for a long time, but in the end I went with Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning. They received one of the highest ratings. I wrote to them, and they promptly responded. After that, they visited my apartment and offered me a price one day later. The cost was very affordable. The air conditioner was installed by the men in one day. They were extremely courteous and cleaned up all of the trash. I am delighted. Recommended!
Matt did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the issues and came up with the best solution. He had the parts on site and even performed the spring A/C service. He was very professional and courteous. His customer service is beyond 5 stars! I can count on Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning to keep my equipment running great.
