Jessica at Flooring America did a wonderful job for us on our new build. From her expertise vision to her thourough plan to install she was outstanding. Jessica showed us lots of options and her attention to detail throughout the house was something we appreciated as it all flows and coordinates beautifully! We would use Flooring American again and again.
Raunie made the whole process of carpet selection and installation very easy. A few months after our new carpet, we had to replace carpet in another area of our home and without hesitation, we went back to Flooring America to work with Raunie. His installer, Samir was very quick on a large project and worked a very long day to complete it. He walked around with me to make sure I was happy with everything.
Mary was so nice to work with. She was helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable about the product they have to offer. She checked in regularly to see when we would be ready for our install and was understanding when things got pushed back due to our end. Install was done in a matter of 2 days and they did a great job.
Jesi was great to work with!
Jessica is always wonderful to work with- we go to her with each project. And Cade did a great job.
