Everything about our experience was exceptional. From multiple visits to ensure the best choice. To answering our many, many questions. They did an excellent job of listening to what we needed and making the best recommendation. Now Jeff our installer. This guy is an absolute master craftsman. He is a beast. He removed carpet, fixed flooring and installed flooring in two days. He is quiet and focused until you get to know him and his passion comes through. Such a lovely team. We love love our floor.
We worked with Tyler to replace carpets in our bedrooms after buying a house. Scheduling was easy and we got a quote very fast. Tyler was a great communicator and answered all my questions. He was even able to move installation up few days allowing us to get settled in our new home sooner. Highly recommend.
