I recently worked with Shane and Raunie on a shower tile project, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the perfect tile for my design. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We heard about Costco connection with American Flooring through a friend. The rep, Denny was experienced and informative about every part of the program and what to expect with the carpet we were purchasing for our bedrooms. The installers were very efficient and did a beautiful job in less time than we expected. They also made sure all the furniture was back in the right place and they cleaned up. 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

Highly recommend Flooring America! We purchased carpet for our entire house from them in 2023. This summer our dog threw up on the carpet in our sunroom and we couldn’t get the stain out. I went to ask them what to do and they immediately filed a claim with Shaw and our carpet was replaced. Both times, Jessi was our sales person and the manager, Chris filed our claim. They were so very nice to work with. Handled everything quickly and professionally. The installer was also excellent.
Jessica Stinson and Zack Miller were outstanding. Awesome customer service, working with my budget and my schedule. The floor is gorgeous!
