We had Flooring America install carpeting on our stairs, and it has been a safety issue ever since. For months after installation, staples have continued to work their way loose from the carpet on the stairs. We repeatedly had to push or hammer them back down ourselves, which should never be something a homeowner has to deal with after a professional installation. Flooring America is a great place to do business! From the start with Jesi helping us to make our selection to the three guys that came to install it, we were very satisfied! Jesi knows her flooring and helped us pick exactly what we wanted. She also kept us updated to the time of installation. We were very impressed with the three men who installed our flooring.
