So grateful for Coach Ricardo (physical therapist assistant) he helped my son with his lower back pain. My son came in with not being able to do movements with his back, to making a lot of progress. His sessions made a big difference. I highly recommend him and his expertise. This fitness & Wellness Center is the place to go.

I was disappointed with the overall athlete development at Five Star Fitness. The training programs felt very repetitive and lacked individualized coaching based on the athlete’s sport, goals, or skill level. In my experience, most athletes were trained using the same general workouts rather than receiving true performance-specific development. I brought my son in to train with Ricardo. When he began his weight loss journey he was 380 pounds. After 10 months he is down 100 pounds now. I can honestly say if someone is overweight and struggling to lose the weight Ricardo can definitely get you to your goal.

5 Star Fitness is a great place to work out. Friendly knowledgeable staff make working out fun and help keep you young. They strive to get a little more effort from you every time so you keep improving. Most people can't believe I'm in my 70's. Thank you 5 Star Fitness.
