Sadly a one star rating. We rented a home from Bettina and paid six months in advance always, kept the house clean and paid out of pocket for repairs. As soon as we moved in a neighbor told us to just wait for the drama to ensue. Sure enough, we rented for three or four years and one winter our pipes burst in the unfinished dirt floor basement, nothing we could have done, it was a cold winter and we were home with the heat on, but the pipes were exposed.
