I have used this company for many years (it used to be AirServ). They are superb in: they actually answer their phone, and many times schedule same day, technicians are knowledgeable, polite and extremely competent. I request Chase/technician and Janet runs the company and customer service extremely well
Rigo came out and changed the capacitor on my 4 yr old unit. Took him only minutes to diagnose the problem with my system, and he had the parts with him. He explained what and why this part failing would cause to unit not to blow cold. Thank goodness as it is 97 degrees today.
Insulated my attic. House is definitely cooler.
My ac quit working on a 97 degree day. I called Aire Serve, my old hvac company that I have loved for years. They became Five Star Energy Specialist and the new service was awesome. Rigo M. came to my house and within two hours my ac was blowing cold. Rigo is very professional and meticulous. Rigo M. saved our holiday weekend! Thanks Rigo.
