My service advisor, Amber, and Mark (I think he’s the manager) are the best to work with. Done what they said they’d do within the time frame I was given. I appreciate a service rep that respects my time. Obviously I was having a problem, but these two resolved all issues and restored my faith in dealerships. Thanks again Mark & Amber.
How to contact dealership owners I have not received my titles or registration it has been over a month since I purchase and my temp lic plate is expiring I have been calling their title clerk for two weeks and she have never replied nor been in office to receive my call. I thought the truck was a good deal but it is not if I can't drive the truck because I have no license plate. I purchase a vehicle to drive not to sit in my driveway.
