I hired this company to do my complete roof and they seemed to do a good job but less than a year later leaking started and the owner claimed it to be cracks in the cement on the side of the house. I paid for another job. Since then I have called him several times for issues or questions and it’s always no call back or excuses. I loved working with this company. From start to finish communication was top notch. As soon as I put in an inquiry, they called right away. They came out same day with the drone and showed in-depth images of what was going on up there. They offered different options both at very reasonable prices… like veryyyyy reasonable. This was a big job, 5 star was called for a roof installation but when they took off the old roof there was a host of problems. We were sent picture at every stage, joist had to be demoted and reinstalled, price was reasonable work was fast and all debris from old roof was cleaned up, overall VERY satisfied we basically received a brand NEW roof. Will DEFINITELY work with 5 Star Contracting in the future.
A total waste of time and money. The efficiency level is zero, and they fail to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more competent alternative.
The customer service here is shockingly poor. There is no accountability, and the staff is completely unresponsive to genuine concerns. Very underwhelming experience overall.
