I loved working with this company. From start to finish communication was top notch. As soon as I put in an inquiry, they called right away. They came out same day with the drone and showed in-depth images of what was going on up there. They offered different options both at very reasonable prices… like veryyyyy reasonable. This was a big job, 5 star was called for a roof installation but when they took off the old roof there was a host of problems. We were sent picture at every stage, joist had to be demoted and reinstalled, price was reasonable work was fast and all debris from old roof was cleaned up, overall VERY satisfied we basically received a brand NEW roof. Will DEFINITELY work with 5 Star Contracting in the future.
A total waste of time and money. The efficiency level is zero, and they fail to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more competent alternative.
The customer service here is shockingly poor. There is no accountability, and the staff is completely unresponsive to genuine concerns. Very underwhelming experience overall.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed. The management seems completely out of touch with basic industry standards. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality or reliability.
