This location has the most horrbile customer service and an even worse Manager; Brian. I was a regular at the DeZavala location and NEVER had a problem. The ladies were always very nice and professional. Once I started using the Blanco location, I have never seen such poor service. I had requested the manager call me back many times regarding a ruined garment and never recieved a call. The location on Huebner Rd does an exceptional job. The mgr (Donovan) is excellent--the whole staff is too!
