Yes they are amazing! My carpet in one room was really bad they made it look new! Other room not as bad but....still looks so much better! Very impressed no up selling you know what you are going to pay when they get started! Service was great we even had a pipe burst and they hooked up the hose to the neighbors..went back to work as if nothing happened. Called at 1:00, they were here by 5:00 clean at 6:30! Highly recommended!
